"Booked twice on Practo where he was fully available, but doctor called me sayimg he is on leave and will return next week. Second time i booked again, but i was not informed of his unavailability, hence wasted my couple of hours. Would expect the coordinator/doctor to switch off the availability when they are away for 2 weeks"
